Shipping Policy:
All Confirmed Orders will be shipped to the “Delivery Address” given at the time of placing an order and will be processed within 24 Hours of receipt of the order and it will be delivered within 5 to 7 days for Indian customers.

Refund policy
Cancelation, Return, and Refund Policy:
At Al Qadeem Dawakhana, we want to make ordering online as easy and stress-free as possible. If you’re not satisfied with our products, simply return the unused/unopened bottles within a week of invoicing under our return and refund policy, and we will happily refund the cost of your purchase. The original shipping charge is not refundable.
Customers:
We can refund payment for your ordered product or products only if you return them successfully within a week from the date of the invoice in a good manner. For all refunds, we will deduct Rs.200.00 or 10%, whatever is higher on the value of returned products from the total amount we received for your order after taxes, shipping or other fees levied by payment processing partners.
There will be no refund if the products are returned in damaged or not saleable condition by the customer or because of a failed delivery attempt and the package is returned. Although we can resend it for a nominal cost of courier.

Cancelation Policy:
Customer can be cancel their order with in 6 hours of order confirmation/Placing or before the dispatch. If order is dispatched then order cannot be canceled except quality issue And in such cases refund will be processed through the same mode and it will credit to the customer bank account within 5-7 working days for the prepaid order
